Leadership, Networking & Grounding Spaces
"What we created together was more than an event. It became a space for healing, connection, leadership, and hope."
ABOUT THE 2026 SUMMIT

Our virtual platform was designed to feel natural — like moving through rooms at an in-person conference — allowing participants to join from anywhere, on any device.

Colorado 17th Judicial District Family Justice Center
"Furthering Access for Survivors"
This session introduces the Family Justice Center (FJC) model as a survivor-centered, all-in-one approach to safety and healing. Participants will explore how the FJC reshapes survivor experiences: making support easier to access, reducing the emotional and logistical strain of seeking help, and building a community response that is more effective, compassionate, and aligned. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how an integrated system can remove barriers, enhance safety, and strengthen outcomes for individuals and families.

Why It's Here
Grounding as Part of the Experience
The Hmong Women Lead Summit addresses topics that can be emotionally activating — power, harm, intergenerational trauma, and systemic barriers. Engaging deeply with these themes is meaningful and necessary, and it also requires care for the body and nervous system alongside the mind.
The Grounding Rooms are not a break from the summit — they are part of it. They reflect our commitment to trauma-informed programming and the belief that rest, regulation, and presence are essential to sustainable leadership and collective healing.
Breathwork & Regulation
Guided breathwork practices help calm the nervous system, especially important when engaging with heavy or emotionally charged content throughout the day.
Trauma-Informed Space
Summit topics can surface difficult emotions. The Grounding Room offers a dedicated, non-judgmental space to process, pause, and return to yourself without pressure.
Nervous System Safety
Somatic grounding practices anchor you in the present moment — supporting emotional regulation and helping you stay engaged without becoming overwhelmed.
Drop-In, No Agenda
No discussion. No prompts. No expectations. Come for five minutes or stay longer — this space is entirely yours to use however you need.
