Hmong Women Lead Connect exists to increase visibility, strengthen connections, and expand access for individuals and organizations engaged with Hmong women, leadership, culture, wellness, and community life.

Through a curated, community-powered directory and map, we elevate lived experience, support collaboration, and build the infrastructure needed for Hmong women and their allies to lead, heal, and thrive.

How It Works

Four simple steps from submission to global visibility.

Step 01

Submit Your Listing

Complete the directory submission form at connect.hmongwomenlead.com. Share your name, professional role, areas of expertise, and how you would like to connect with the community.

Step 02

Pending Review

Our team carefully reviews each submission to ensure it aligns with our community values and standards. This process typically takes 3–5 business days.

Step 03

Receive Notification

You will receive an email notification with the outcome of your review. If approved, your listing will be activated in the directory.

Step 04

Listed in the Global Directory

Your profile becomes visible in the Hmong Women Lead Connect public directory — searchable by Hmong women and allies around the world.
