Hmong Women Lead 2026
Culture, Care, and Systems Change
An online gathering centered on Hmong women. Open to everyone.

A Space Created With Intention
Hmong Women Lead 2026 is more than an online summit. It is a shared moment of pause, reflection, and connection, created with Hmong women at the center and open to anyone willing to listen, learn, and engage with care.
This gathering invites you into conversations that explore how culture, gender expectations, and systems quietly shape women's lives, mental health, and access to support. Through the voices and lived experiences of Hmong women, the summit offers insight, perspective, and moments of recognition that resonate far beyond one community.
There is no pressure to perform. No expectation to disclose. No preparation required.
You are invited to arrive as you are, listen deeply, take what you need, and leave feeling more connected, informed, and grounded than when you arrived.
Why This Gathering Exists
Many Hmong women carry responsibilities, expectations, and pressures that often go unseen. These realities affect mental health, safety, and the ability to seek care or support.
Hmong Women Lead creates space to pause, name what is happening, and learn together without judgment or pressure. While the focus is on Hmong women, the conversations are relevant to anyone interested in care, equity, and how communities can support women better.

Why We're Meeting Online
This gathering is online by design.
Community members shared that virtual spaces make it easier to participate while balancing work, family care, childcare, and daily responsibilities. Joining online removes travel and cost barriers and allows people to engage in ways that fit their lives.
You can participate from anywhere, stay for what you can, and step away when needed.
Care Comes First
Some topics may bring up strong emotions.
If at any point you are feeling overwhelmed or in crisis, support is available. You can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Participation is always optional, and you are encouraged to take care of yourself in whatever way you need.
